The Glavić Private Healthcare Institution was established in 2010 in Dubrovnik as a sister company of Poliklinika Glavić. That same year, the institution became a contracted partner of the Croatian Health Insurance Fund (HZZO). Initially, it was registered for occupational medicine and medical-biochemical laboratory services.

With the aim of responding to market demands and expanding its services, the institution obtained approval from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia to introduce medical transport services in 2013, followed by home healthcare and physical therapy in 2014.
